Maybe it's a shame to pigeonhole bands, but for those who haven't listened yet CYR are like Franz Ferdinand with a Seattle twist, the Supersonics gave me goosebumps, the Reverse Engineers have listened to too much early Rush (can one listen to *too* much?), Laurie Markvart is great, Broken Sunday are Evanesque (but better), and the last tango in Edinburgh topped it off nicely for me. And Moulin Rouge not rocky? What about the cover of the T. Rex classic? Nice one Ewan, my favourite Rock Show to date.
