It’s show #20 – and I’ve been looking forward to this one now for a few weeks. Just as show #10 as a retrospective since #11, #20 is a retrospective since #11. I take a look at the most popular songs using the highly scientific method of your comments, emails,my playlist count, and gut instinct to choose six bands to re-appear on TPN Rock with another track.
Repeat plays has always been a tricky one. A lot of bands once I play them suggest another one of their songs, and it’s very hard for me to say no. The original idea of the decades show for #10 was because I had two tracks from one artists and just couldn’t decide. So these shows, apart from being cracking shows, are also my safety valve.
I want more safety valves like this.
